Will Nokia Lumia 900 Price Cut Promote Windows Phone 8

Nokia mobiles is very popular mobile manufacturing company in the world. The company has launched many world class mobile phones in the Indian mobile market. The Nokia mobiles are best selling mobiles in the Indian mobile market which are famous for its innovative designs and advanced technology. Recently, the company has acquired great response from its Nokia Lumia series of smartphones. The Nokia Lumia 800 is the first Nokia windows smartphone which is well known for its advanced features and specification. Recently, the Nokia has announced an minblowing price cut on its popular Nokia Lumia 900 smartphone. The customers in the United States will get the Nokia Lumia 900 for half of its price tag. The reason behind this price cut is due to that the Microsoft has announced that no current handsets will get the Windows Phone 8 Operating system update.


The latest Nokia Lumia 900 pictures revals that the smartphone will be available in attarctive colors like blue, white, black and pink colour. The Nokia Lumia 900 features with a 4.3 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display which comprises of a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels along with a multi touch input method, Nokia ClearBlack display and protective Corning Gorilla glass display. The mobile phone comes with 16 GB internal memory of 16 GB and there is no external memory slot to extend the memory. Nokia to launch the Nokia Lumia 900 is fitted with an 8 megapixel camera along with an image resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels. The camera supports high definition video recording capability with 720 pixels at 30 fps and other features like Carl Zeiss optics, dual LED flash, auto focus, Geo tagging.

The Nokia Lumia 900 is an Android device which runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system, supporting with 1.4 Ghz Scorpion processor and 512 MB RAM support. The device is also integarted with a Qualcomm APQ8055 Snapdragon chipset and Adreno 205 graphic processing unit. The Nokia Lumia 900 is loaded with connectivity features that includes GPRS, EDGE, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The device supports with 3G connectivity with HSDPA up to 42 Mbps and HSUPA up to 5.76 Mbps that provide high speed internet access. The Nokia Lumia 900 supports connectivity options like Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP and microUSB v2.0. The smartphone is laden with a Li-Ion 1830 mAh battery, which ensures that the user gets an excellent talk time up to 7 hours and a standby time up to 300 hours. The smartphone also supports navigation features with A-GPS support and GLONASS. I shared that Nokia 112 is expected to launch in third quarter Of 2012.
