After lot of speculations, Nokia mobiles may soon announce a new smartphone in its impressive Asha portfolio which will be Nokia Asha 503. This phone will have a polycarbonate plastic, but covered with plastic shell. The leaked Nokia Asha 503 pictures clearly shows that the handset will be available in multiple colours. It will be packed with a large rear camera sensor with LED flash. The rumors state that the device will include the power button, volume rocker buttons, audio jack port and Micro-USB port that are beautifully crafted at the sides. It will be a dual SIM phone and would be released by the end of 2013.
The Nokia Asha 503 features reveal that the handset will come with a 3 inch TFT LCD screen panelwith multitouch feature. It is maintaining a QVGA resolution and it has a screen sharpness to 133 ppi. The display is protected by using a curved Gorilla Glass panel. The device is expected to be powered by a 1 GHz single-core processor of unknown brand in conjunction. It could be paired with a RAM in the range of 128 to 512 MB. Rumours also suggest that the phone is packed with a 256 MB of internal storage and can be extended up to 32 GB via microSD card. It also packs with a 5 MP camera to click good images even in the low light conditions. It is capable of shooting pictures in VGA resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The front facing camera is missing in this phone so userds will not be able to have video chat or self portraits.
It is powered by a 1200 mAh battery which will be providing 17 hours of talk time and 48 days standby time. It is equipped with FM Radio for entertainment and other multimedia features. It has features like unread mails, messages and missed alerts. It has third part applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, FourSquare, WeChat and LinkedIn from the Nokia Ovi Store. It is loaded with usual connectivity features like Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth v3.0 and MicroUSB port. It also has A-GPS for location and navigation needs through Nokia HERE Maps service.
