Recently Nokia has launched its affordable windows phone i.e. Nokia Lumia 610 in the Indian Mobile market. Nokia Lumia 610 was first introduced in Mobile World Congress 2012. Nokia Lumia 610 is the first gadget to run the tweaked version of Windows operating system, which is 7.5 mango. Nokia Lumia 610 is powered by an 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor. Nokia Lumia 610 pictures reveal that the gadget comes with a compromised design and stands beneath Nokia Lumia 710 and Nokia Lumia 800 in terms of body design and looks. Nokia Lumia 610 does not give a premium feel in the hand as other Lumia series phone do.


According to the Nokia Lumia 610 reviews, the nokia lumia 610 is one of the cheapest Windows phone in the world. Nokia Lumia 610 price is tagged approximately around INR 12,900. Nokia Lumia 610 gives a perfect grip in the palm as it comes with a thickness of 12mm and weighs roughly around 131 grams. The bar shaped 3.7 inch touchscreen phone gives a resolution of 480 X 800 pixels and portrays a pixel density of 252ppi. Nokia Lumia 610 comes with an internal memory of 8 GB along with 256 MB of RAM and microSD card slot is missing in the mobile, which restricts the user to expand the internal storage capacity. Nokia Lumia 610 features an autofocus 5 megapixel camera, which gives a resolution of 2592 X 1944 pixels. The camera comes with the options of LED Flash, geo tagging, face/smile detection and the user can also shoot videos at 30fps. Nokia Lumia 610 is loaded with a Stereo FM Radio with RDS technology and it also supports multi format audio and video player, which keeps the user entertained and engaged.
Nokia Lumia 610 supports quad band 2G and quad band 3G. This Lumia series gadget is also loaded with multiple connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE and GPRS. With the help of micro USB 2.0 the user can also connect the mobile with computer or laptops. Nokia Mobiles have blessed Nokia Lumia 610 with a standard 1300 mAh Li-Ion battery. This BP-3L battery is quite sufficient to provide a talk time of 10.30 hours on 2G network and 9.30 hours on 3G network along with a music play back time of almost 35 hours. But there is a problem with this lumia series phone that no support of skype app in Nokia Lumia 610 due to insufficient RAM. It would be interesting to see what impact Nokia Lumia 610 would create on the Indian customers. It can be concluded by questioning that will Nokia Lumia 610 be able to show similar kind of performance as other Nokia Lumia series phone did in the Indian Mobile market?
