Nokia Mobiles India has announced the launch of two new smartphones in the Indian gadget market, named as Nokia C5 05 and Nokia C5 06. Nokia directly targeted the youth of the country with its budget friendly smartphone. The Symbian based smartphone Nokia C5 05 is the lower version of Nokia C5 03 with 2MP rear-facing camera rather than the 5MP snapper on the latter. The Nokia C5 05 price in India is yet to be announced.
The Nokia C5 05 features a 3.2 inch touchscreen display, with an image resolution count of 1600x1200 pixels. The camera offers a flash lite, digital zoom and a decent quality video recording. The Nokia C5 05 phone houses a Symbian Series 60 S60v5) mobile operating system which is powered by a 600 MHz processor with a facility of 128 MB RAM and an inclusion of 256 MB ROM. The Nokia C5 05 will offer a 40MB user memory and up to 16GB external memory support to save favorite stuff. The Nokia C5 05 smartphone will support a multi format music player, FM radio, video playback & recording and 3.5 mm headphone jack.
The Nokia C5 05 specifications shows that the new touch version of Nokia C5 05 will include a USB port, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS enabled. The Nokia C5-05 will be equipped with a 1000 mAh standard battery which provide talk time up to 11.5 hours and 25 days of standby time. The Nokia C5 05 handset also come with Bluetooth 2.1, and microUSB provides data transfer fearure. The Nokia C5-05 misses out on Wi-Fi connectivity, but offers a 2G (GSM 850/900/1800/1900) connectivity. The Nokia C5 05 pictures reveals that it will be a good phone with a decent offering. It will be a budget friendly smartphone with stylish design and in beautiful color combinations.
