The Nokia mobiles company comes with two new basic models Nokia 100 and Nokia 101 for Indian low and middle standard audience. The Nokia 100 price in India is tagged at Rs. 1,399 and Nokia 101 price in India is tagged around Rs. 1,699. Both models are similar but some features of Nokia 101 are extra.
The Nokia 101 features are better as compared Nokia 100 features. The Nokia 101 handset comes with dual GSM SIM frequencies. For better night vision, the handset well enabled with flashlight with brightness. The Nokia 101 model phone has an Organizer. The Nokia 100 has also got flashlight and organizer features. The standard battery of the Nokia 101 is Li-Ion 1020 mAh capacity power which delivers up to 768 hours standby time and up to 8 hours 30 minutes talk time as compares the Nokia 100 handset has Li-ion 850 mAh battery which is presenting up to 840 hours standby time and up to 7 hours 20 minutes talk time. For MP3 songs storage the Nokia 101 comes with up to 16GB external memory option via micro SD card but the Nokia 100 don’t have external memory card slot.
The Nokia 100 specifications are similar with Nokia 101 specifications. Both handsets have 110x45.5x14.9mm of dimension and 69.6gm of weight. For color picture display, both mobiles are enabled with 65K colors 1.8 inch display. For better sound output, both handsets have loud speaker and 3.5mm audio jack service. FM radio entertainment is also added in these models. Both models are basic handsets so they come without GPRS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Both models support SMS messaging service. The Nokia 100 handset comes with many color option as compared Nokia 101. The Nokia 100 has Legion Blue, Festival Pink, Ocean Blue Phantom Black, Coral Red but the Nokia 101 has only Phantom Black and Coral Red colors.
